this is byMölly

established in 2020, byMölly started their humble beginnings attempting to navigate their way through covid19. whilst starting small, delivering Molly’s famous sunday roasts and beef wellingtons, they were quick to realise the impact fantastic food was having on the locked down public.

whilst on a walk aorund roundhay park and spotting some wild garlic growing - Molly’s culinary juices started flowing. whilst the world stopped, Molly got busy in her little studio flat kitchen, creating sticks of wild garlic butter and soups for family still working through the lockdown.

 chef patronne Molly Payne started her professional cheffing journey at the age of 12 years old when she wrote a letter to the owner of a famous Leeds french bistro.

she asked him for a job beginning as a very junior commis chef, climbing her way through the ranks she was head chef by the age of 19 years old.

At 21, Molly won an oliver award for best chef being the youngest and only female winner in 2017.
By the age of 23 Molly’s success soared, winning a cheffing competition judged by Gordon Ramsay.

now a successful private chef company, Molly’s mastered the luxury of an at home dinner service. using only the freshest and locally sourced produce, even being “highly commended best use of local produce” 2022, they will create an unforgettable exclusive experience for everyone. with over 15 years in the industry, Molly is more passionate than ever to create beautifully crafted gastronomic events

following the initial success of byMölly as a private chef business and learning so much from her time on Gordon’s show, next came Molly’s biggest test to date… Masterchef The Professionals.
