my goal and reasoning to go onto MasterChef the Professionals 2023 was to see what I was capable of as a chef and also get recognition for my business, byMölly.
what I got from the series was more than I could’ve ever wished and asked for and for that I will be forever grateful

the support & love shown to me before, during & after was simply mind blowing. I won’t ever be able to do justice to the feelings I had during my time on the series  and afterwards too being able to watch each week with my nearest and dearest, receiving the kindest messages from our following and people literally from all around the world.

travelling to London to film, meeting the other fellow chefs, the incredibly supportive production team, the amazing judges and critics, all of it, even the blips and wobbles,  every single little part of the whole experience made it what it was for me as a person, as a chef and also as a young female business owner from Leeds wanting to see what I was capable of and for that I am truly eternally grateful because without MasterChef, I probably wouldn’t have ever realised and given myself such a big pat on the back and be so proud.

the whole MasterChef journey for me could probably fill a book to be honest and I wouldn’t have changed a thing about it - because each part is an integral part of who I am and who I want my family, friends and the byMölly following to be proud of and that they are.

I am so so so so proper buzzing to say I was part of the final 10 on MasterChef The Professionals - and to have had the reaction  I did from many is a credit within itself.

from the skills test, which I was ‘bricking it’ I think my exact words were! To the critics round. pop up round to the inventions test, it was all just so so amazing and what an experience!

the last dish on earth was a perfect round off to my time on the series, it was a nod to my late uncle Anthony, and the rest of my family, because without them none of this would be possible. I wouldn’t be able to share this story with you now.

a lot of people when they find out I’ve been on MasterChef who’ve not seen it, go straight to the ‘did you win?’ question. I obviously didn’t win like, but in so many ways I did. I won for my family, my self, my city, the byMölly followers & my business - long may that continue too fingers crossed!

I’m just a girl from Leeds - who was put here to cook for people, making them happy within the byMölly experience, creating the most memorable times - using locally sourced food, prepared, cooked & show the upmost respect in every way from preparation to plate.

thank you for reading, hope you enjoyed it.
